All Sister & Sewn listings are for pillow covers only. For the best fit, we recommend inserts that are 2 inches larger than the cover, creating a full, luxe designer finish.

Because pillow inserts vary significantly in size, weight, and shipping cost, we are unable to include inserts in our standard shipping rates. To keep pricing fair and transparent, inserts are handled separately.

We partner with a Dallas-based vendor who supplies high-quality pillow inserts that pair beautifully with our covers. If you would like to purchase inserts, we’re happy to coordinate for inserts to be shipped directly to you from our preferred supplier.

This allows us to:

• Avoid inflated shipping costs

• Ensure inserts arrive quickly and efficiently
