Common questions

The details.

Who can shop the Trade Exchange right now?

The Trade Exchange opens to approved trade members first — interior designers, decorators, workrooms, and design professionals. Public access follows shortly after. Apply for trade access to be first in line, always.

What's the consignment split?

You keep 65%. We keep 35%. We handle photography, listings, customer service, packing, and shipping. You handle nothing.

Do I set the price?

You give us a floor — the lowest amount you'll accept. We price within or above that range. Nothing is ever listed below your approved floor, and nothing goes live without your sign-off.

How do I get pieces to you?

Local drop-off is available in Fort Worth / Dallas and Washington, D.C. Outside those areas, ship to us — we'll confirm the address when you submit.

When do I get paid?

Within 7 days of the sale clearing. We'll confirm your preferred payment method when we onboard you.

What condition do pieces need to be in?

New or gently used in excellent condition. We focus on quality pieces with provenance — trade-house fabric, well-made finished goods, and curated home objects. If you're unsure, send us photos and we'll advise.

What happens if something doesn't sell?

We'll reach out after an agreed period to discuss options — adjusting the price, returning the piece, or donating it. We'll never dispose of anything without your permission.
